MAIN STREET INGREDIENTS PROMOTES SARAH BARTZ TO QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER - December 21, 2007
LA CROSSE, WI, December 21, 2007 Main Street Ingredients, a leading manufacturer of food ingredients, is pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Bartz to Quality Control Manager.
Sarah brings over 25 years of experience in the lab setting. She received an Associate Degree in Applied Science through Western Wisconsin Technical College, La Crosse. Her first job in the field was in an environmental lab setting at a chemical lab here in La Crosse. She went on to work in the cheese lab at a dairy cooperative, and then spent several years as an analytical chemistry supervisor.
Sarah joined Main Street nearly 10 years ago as a lab technician and has seen many changes in the Quality Control lab along the way. “Sarah’s leadership and drive will be a great addition to our management team,” said Bill Schmitz.
