Main Street Ingredients Promotes Eric Hallstead to Brand Manager, Keystone™ Stabilizers
LA CROSSE, WI — Main Street Ingredients, a leader in providing high quality food ingredients to the dairy, nutritional and food processing industries, is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Hallstead to Brand Manager, Keystone Stabilizers.

Hallstead has nearly 20 years of experience in the dairy industry, with an extensive background in research and development, focusing on ice cream and aseptics. He received his bachelor's degree at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. His professional achievements include the management of the pilot plant operation at Cornell University, and the development of a unique facility to produce carbonated dairy-based beverages.
