NEW ACCOUNT MANAGER - January 30, 2006

La Crosse, WI – January 30, 2006 – Main Street Ingredients, a manufacturer and supplier of innovative functional ingredients to the dairy, nutritional and food processing industries, announces the hiring of Joe Kretschmer as Account Manager in the Food Ingredient Group.

Kretschmer will be responsible for selling Main Street’s line of food ingredients and services primarily to the western United States territory. He joins the company after seven years in the food service industry. “Joe’s enthusiasm and customer focus make him a great addition to our sales team,” says Aaron Macha, Director of Sales. “He is driven to expand Main Street’s presence in the Western Region.”

Kretschmer received a bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
