We are looking for hard working, dedicated people who can contribute to our continued success to fill Line Lead positions on all shifts. Responsibilities include: running a process line and leading a work crew in the production of food products, training new staff on job duties, ensuring all required policies/procedures are being followed, and involvement in on-going continuous improvement activities. Production Line Leads are expected to be available to work in all areas of production and be available for some weekend work. Must have the ability to multi-task; includes reading an online production schedule, operating computer-based processing system, and leading line crew regarding daily tasks.

Qualifications and physical requirements: high school diploma or equivalent and previous work experience in a manufacturing environment; ability to lift up to 60 lbs., stand for extended periods, and bend/turn/climb frequently; prefer food manufacturing experience.
