Product development R&D position to work with sales as project team on protein based food systems.

Primary duties: formula generation, nutritional profiling, sensory evaluation, food processing, technical services, customer interaction and travel for off site trials.

Desired skills: knowledge of food ingredients, computer/data entry, strong math and communication skills, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude and physical ability to work in wet pilot processing area. Bachelor's degree in science related field required; food science degree highly desirable.
